Birgit Stein
As the managing director of RBS, I have been working with great enthusiasm as a relocation manager in Mannheim, Heidelberg, Ludwigshafen and the entire Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan region for over 20 years. After an education in business management I worked in procurement management at an international corporation for several years. Aside from my work, I am actively engaged in the “International Transferee Club” and "Rhein Necker Welcome Club", where it is our goal to help people of different origins with the integration in Germany. Professional service, competent advice and personal commitment are what I stand for when working with international employees and their families.
Michaela Bungenberg
Since the beginning I am fascinated of the variety to support people from all over the world in their own integration. This includes the consulting, preparation and research in all interests of the customer, as in supporting in language and cultural questions to make sure that the beginning starts smoothly. Based on my own history – coming from Sri Lanka – I’m familiar to be at home in two different cultures and countries and know how people feels coming in a new country.

Working with people is my true passion. As a part of the RBS team, I have a unique privilege to meet and assist expats who move to Germany for business or personal reasons. My experience of working as an interpreter and a facilitator for groups of professionals traveling to the US helped me to quickly establish contact, identify and meet the needs of my clients. Being an expat myself (we moved from Russia 10 years ago) my family and I successfully went through integration and Germany became my second home. Now I am happy to assist you in all steps of your relocation and help you enjoy your stay in this beautiful country.

In 2014 I moved with my family from Belgium to Germany. In the meantime, we have already lived in 3 different places. That means 3 different cities, 3 houses, 3 different schools for the children,... Already in my youth I made some experiences abroad. That's why I know what it's like to arrive in a new place, in a new country.
